We are trying to rescue a neo-classical palace from 1890 in Dargosław (Dargislaff, Poland), in the municipality of Brojce (Broitz) in the district of Gryfice (Greifenberg in Pommern).

Its Polish owner, who resides in Berlin, transferred ownership of it from himself as a natural person to a limited liability company registered in Berlin. After about two years of operation, the company declared insolvency, with the palace located in Poland still in its bankruptcy estate. The bankruptcy proceedings are currently being conducted. The inability to effectively deliver correspondence is only the beginning of the problems with trying to protect and secure this monument.

Wir versuchen, ein klassizistisches Schloss aus dem Jahr 1890 in Dargosław (Dargislaff, Polen), in der Gemeinde Brojce (Broitz) im Kreis Gryfice (Greifenberg in Pommern) zu retten.

Sein polnischer Eigentümer, der in Berlin wohnt, übertrug das Eigentum daran von sich selbst als natürliche Person auf eine in Berlin eingetragene GmbH. Nach etwa zweijährigem Betrieb meldete das Unternehmen Insolvenz an, wobei das in Polen gelegene Schloss weiterhin zur Konkursmasse gehört. Das Konkursverfahren wird derzeit durchgeführt. Die Unfähigkeit, Korrespondenz effektiv zuzustellen, ist nur der Anfang der Probleme, die mit dem Schutz und der Sicherung dieses Denkmals verbunden sind.
